Host Lane Johnson offers strong, untraditional perspective and strategy in this inspirational show. Created to help us identify our frailties it also motivates us to do what is necessary to overcome them. Influenced by past leadership experience and a strong sense of moral obligation, Lane urges us to remember that the true character of the leader is revealed is in the midst of the battle.
